A noble soul, upon reaching the afterlife, requested the Creator, “Please show me my footprints on the sands of time.” Granted his wish, he observed a long trail of footprints—always accompanied by another pair.

“Dear God,” he asked softly, “whose footprints are these walking beside me all my life? Were they my parents’?”

God smiled with warmth. “No, my child. They are mine. I have walked with you, guiding and protecting you every step of the way.”

The soul paused, puzzled. “But during the hardest times—when the sand burned and the path felt endless—there is only one set of footprints. Why did you leave me when I needed you the most?”

A gentle tear rolled down God’s face. “My child, those footprints are mine, for I carried you through your pain.”

Life often feels unfair, yet unseen blessings surround us. When challenges weigh us down, it’s easy to miss the invisible strength holding us together.

Learning: Hope and faith are not about erasing problems—they give us the courage to face them. Even when you feel alone, remember that you are being carried toward brighter days.
