A few years ago, a large soap manufacturing company faced a major issue—empty cartons were being packed and sent out. Without technology to detect this, they invested thousands of dollars in an X-ray machine near the conveyor belt to filter empty cartons. Though expensive, the solution saved their reputation and was adopted by other companies as well.

Years later, a small company in India faced the same issue but couldn’t afford such technology. A wise worker came up with a brilliant idea—he simply placed a powerful pedestal fan beside the assembly line. The fan blew away all empty cartons effortlessly! The solution cost just a few hundred rupees, but the value of that idea was priceless.

Learning: Every problem has two solutions—the hard and the smart. Lack of resources isn’t a limitation but an opportunity to innovate. Often, the simplest ideas create the biggest impact.
